Meet The Maker
Hi! I'm Katie and I am the owner/designer here at Kathartic Creations! I'm thrilled to welcome you to my shop where I hope you'll find exactly the right piece of jewelry for every occasion!
All of this started in 2023 after a 12 year long career in healthcare. I left my job to stay home with my two boys, but I needed something that was just for me. I bought a beading kit and started making simple handmade bracelets and necklaces for my friends and family. I loved it so much that I eventually taught myself the ins and outs of jewelry design and silversmithing by taking various classes, following other artists, and watching a lot of YouTube tutorials. I guess it's safe to say it stuck!
